Group Act! Training - We show your employees how to use your customized Act! database. Students are given an overview of the capabilities of Act! and the customizations specific to your database. We can work together to pick and choose a tailor made training to cover the areas and features of Act! that make sense for your business or industry; or we can start with the basics and move through the most commonly used features of Act!. This training format can either be conducted on-site, online, or we can provide a classroom with training machines.

One-on-One Act! Training – We are happy to meet one-on-one to go over specific features or to identify areas that need improvement. We will work with your data on your computer. This can either be in-person or a online. This training format can either be conducted on-site or online.

Web based Act! Training - This is our most popular training style, it offers the convenience of live instruction at a scheduled time from anywhere. Students “attend” class via a secure internet connection. Attendees can ask questions via telephone, or chat windows. Classes can be recorded and archived for future use.
